Today is a day to reflect on all the sacrifices that our troops and their families make and have made for our country. Mr. P served in the Marine Corps for almost 9 years and I recall how much I missed him when he was on deployment.  I can’t imagine the suffering of those whose loved ones don’t return.

We went out to run errands today and it rained a bit.  When we came out of the mall, we looked up and two beautiful rainbows had formed.  I always get goosebumps when I see flags at half mast…check out this absolutely majestic sight.
